The Green County Treasurer’s office collects Real Estate & Personal Property taxes for the Town of Brooklyn. There are three ways to pay:

You may also make your payment at the following banks:
- Bank of New Glarus - locations in Monroe, Belleville, Brodhead, Juda, & New Glarus
- Lake Ridge Bank (formerly State Bank of Cross Plains & Monona Bank) - locations in Belleville, Brooklyn & New Glarus
- Woodford State Bank - locations in Argyle, Blanchardville, Monroe, New Glarus & South Wayne
You can also pay online:
Online payments can be made at www.co.green.wi.gov with a debit or credit card, but the surcharge is 2.35%. Go to the Green County homepage, click the green “Pay Taxes Online” link on the right hand side under “Quick Links” and you will be taken to the site where you can make your payment online.
Please note: You must purchase your dog license(s) from the Town of Brooklyn Treasurer and not through the Green County Treasurer. Please follow instructions under Community > Forms & Permits > Dog License Application.
