Town of Brooklyn - Tax Payment Information
The Town of Brooklyn no longer accepts direct payment of real estate and personal property taxes. Tax payment can be mailed directly to the Green County Treasurer, Green County Courthouse, 1016 6th Ave., Monroe WI 53566. Alternatively, the following banks will accept payment of real estate and personal property taxes for Town of Brooklyn:
Bank of New Glarus - locations in Monroe, Belleville, Brodhead, Juda, & New Glarus
Lake Ridge Bank (formerly State Bank of Cross Plains & Monona Bank) - locations in Belleville, Brooklyn & New Glarus
Woodford State Bank - locations in Argyle, Blanchardville, Monroe, New Glarus & South Wayne
Please note: You must purchase your dog license(s) from the Town of Brooklyn Treasurer and not through the Green County Treasurer. Please follow instructions under the: Dog License Application tab.
